Important Information:
I suggest booking a few appointments at a time to avoid large gaps between sessions.
First visits please book a 60 minute appt and 2-3 follow up appointments of any duration, spaced 2-4 weeks apart for best results.
For maintenance treatments I suggest booking every 4-8 weeks.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do that 24+ hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of the full treatment cost.
Confirmation email including Intake forms and reminders will be sent from noreply@noterro.com. Check your junk mail.
Intake forms will be emailed to you and must be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Direct Billing to most major insurance companies.
Not accepting MVA or WSIB claims.
Methods of payment accepted: cash, e-transfer, debit/credit, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
In the event that your health insurance will not process immediately, requires a prescription that you do not have or does not cover all of the cost of your session, please be prepared to pay out of pocket.
