Matrix Repatterning is a gentle manual therapy that relieves chronic tension patterns in the body and is the primary method I use to treat. By addressing these patterns, most people find a state of emotional and physical balance, reduced pain and  improved function.

Treatment plans are typically 3-6 appointments of 45 -60 minutes scheduled  weekly or biweekly.  Then follow up appointments are scheduled on a maintenance plan that suits your needs. 

All sessions are done with the patient fully clothed in comfortable pants and t shirts ( no jeans please). 

Matrix Repatterning Therapy can be helpful for people who are experiencing chronic pain, anxiety, mental or emotional exhaustion. If you enjoy receiving energy work, meditating, yoga or spending time quietly reflecting, this session will leave you feeling nourished.
