So many of use are lost in our thoughts and have become disconnected with our body. We don't notice or have the language to express how sensations are experienced in our body. We feel awkward, uncoordinated or have difficulty physically expressing our needs. Benefits include improved balance, decreased pain, increased resilience and capacity to manage life's stressors. This session may include elements of yoga, qi gong, pilates, breathwork and somatic movement Embodied movement can be helpful for people who feel stuck in their thoughts, a sense of chronic overwhelm, shut down or numb.
